Polishing on the CB550
I got around to polishing the tank, tail, and engine covers on the Urban Weapon. I made a polishing station with an electric motor, some pillow block bearings, and an aluminum shaft I had lying around. It worked extremely well.
Now I think I'm going to find a drop center rear rim to lace to the hub so it will match the front rim.

Tank...Done
Got the tank done on the XS650. Came out nice. We went with a satin type finish...kinda like it was brushed.
Wish it wasn't so crummy outside so I could get some better pics...she's going home tomorrow.

Aluminum Tank
Doing an aluminum tank to copy an old fiberglass one that keeps leaking. The customer wants it polished. It's coming along nicely. This tank is going on a cafe'd XS650.
Bikes on Meridian
Got to ride the bike to its first debut show. The Bikes on Meridian night was awesome. I have never seen so many bikes in one place before. There were bikes of all types, makes, models. Amazing.
Got to park with two customers...the Wilkinson Bros. It was really cool seeing all the interest in our bikes.
